Joanna Samuels, M.Ed., CMF, RRP, CTDP,  is the Employment Resource Supervisor at Reena. With over a decade of frontline experience in the community agency sector, Joanna’s expertise and passion are  providing customized  job development, job and career coaching and workshop facilitation that has helped countless job seekers with disabilities and multi-barriers achieve their career and/or employment goals.  In addition to helping employers with recruitment, and selection as well as building an inclusive workforce, Joanna designs and facilitates staff training in the supported employment field.


Joanna is a lifelong learner whose education includes a bachelors’ degree in adult education and is a certified Personality Dimensions Facilitator as well as certified Life Skills Coach. Joanna is a featured employment advice columnist and blogger with and and Joanna was a part time instructor of employment counselling at George Brown College, has been published in peer reviewed journals and is a frequent guest speaker at different community events and webinars on topics related to employment and careers.
