His volunteer leadership roles included being the UJA Campaign Chair and various other prominent positions in both Jewish and non-Jewish organizations. Michael Cape, UIA Treasurer, is a recipient of the prestigious Yakir Award, Keren Hayesod’s most prestigious honour, recognizing his long-term dedication and contributions to the Jewish community of Montreal and to Canada’s Jewish community. Michael will be presented with the Award at a gala dinner at the KH Leadership Conference in November.
