Prior to assuming this position, Gayle held various positions in the Ontario Provincial Government, including Manager of Health Promotion Programs within the Ministry of Health. Gayle also worked as the Director of Policy and Evaluation for the Ontario Trillium Foundation where she oversaw the development of granting policies and program evaluation for Canada’s largest foundation. Gayle is a graduate of Hampshire College in Amherst Massachusetts and attended the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
