Noga is a Program Manager at the Cummings Centre for Seniors. She has a BSW from the Hebrew University in Israel and a MSW from McGill University. After working in Israel as a social worker for many years, she moved to Canada with her family and in 2004 she helped develop a Mental Health Program for aging Jewish seniors who were dealing with mental health challenges. Noga supervises a team of social workers, drama and art therapists and social work students. She works according to the Recovery Model.
