Monique Lapointe
Manager of Immigration Services at Ometz (formerly JIAS)

Manager of Immigration Services at Ometz (formerly JIAS) for the last 10 years. Since last year, she has an additional portfolio and is responsible for Performance Measurement. Graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Social Work. She is an active member of the Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OPTSTCFQ). Mme. Lapointe also has extensive experience in the area of Employee Assistance Programs, first at MRB & Associates in charge of the Intake department and then for Family Services of Toronto as Regional Program Manager, Quebec West at Canada Post.
