Leah Berger is a Senior Planner in the Strategic Planning and Community Relations department at Federation CJA in Montreal, Quebec. She is also the Coordinator of the Federation CJA Social Advocacy Committee, a coalition comprised of mostly social service agencies within the Jewish community. Previously, Leah served as the Assistant Director of Quebec Social Policy for CIJA (formerly Canadian Jewish Congress) and Coordinator of Government and Community Affairs at B’nai Brith Canada.

Prior to her career in the Jewish community, Leah worked as a consultant at a firm specializing in international development. She also held positions as a Social Worker at several Montreal hospitals. Leah Berger has undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Social Work from McGill University and holds an M.A. in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University in Ottawa.
