Arnold Foss


One of Circle of Care’s longest standing employees, Arnold has been employed with Circle of Care in a number of different capacities since 1982. He has been instrumental in the development of many innovative programs for seniors, including Habayit Shelanu – a supportive housing project, assisted transportation, intergenerational programs and specialized volunteer services.

 

He is currently responsible for management of Holocaust Survivor Services, as well as community relations. He is the staff support for the Circle of Care Foundation, Habayit Shelanu Seniors Residences and Holocaust Survivor Fund Advisory Committee.  Arnold has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.  He also holds a Certificate in Volunteer Administration and is Health & Safety certified by WSIB Ontario.
