Director General, Israel

Sarah Mali is the Director General of JFC-UIA Canada in Israel.  

Sarah has served the Jewish community for over two decades and led impactful change in Canada, Israel and around the world.  Most recently she held the role of Vice President of Masa Israel Journey and Head of the Masa Leadership & Impact Center.

Sarah is a prolific writer and public speaker and is co-author of the Rabbi Sacks Leadership Legacy Curriculum.  Sarah was named one of "50 of Our Favorite Women Right Now" by Future of Jewish in 2022. 

Sarah holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Hebrew University and is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, with a specialization in Adaptive Leadership.  Sarah is a certified organizational consultant through the Israel-based Tavistock Institute.

Sarah sits on the board of a number of non-profit organizations and is an active mentor to her students.  Sarah and her family live in Jerusalem.
