Celebrate Jewish Culture & Community

Formal Jewish networks and educational opportunities are not available in every Canadian community where Jewish families reside.

The Regional Jewish Community Council directly connects community leaders from across Canada. JFC-UIA provides finanncial and admisnistrative support to several regional community councils.

You can help Canadian families explore our shared Jewish history and values through informal community programs.

Young children in Jewish families across Canada are gaining a deeper understanding of Jewish culture through complimentary books from the PJ Library.

Informal youth education programs, like the Aviva Barth Youth Outreach Program, are enhancing Jewish identity in teenagers growing up in smaller communities. Local community programs - including Shabbatons, speaking events and holiday celebrations - increase community access to Jewish learning and culture.

Through Jewish Federations of Canada – UIA, you are bringing Jewish learning and culture into Jewish households across Canada.
