As Head Coach of My Jewish Coach.com and President of Elevated Training Inc., Deborah’s energetic workshops and coaching programs are in high demand with Fortune 100 companies, national and local government agencies, Jewish and non-profit organizations, entrepreneurial start-ups, and individuals across industries. Deborah’s clients include: American Express, Barclays Global Investors, BarnardCollege, Discover Financial, JCC Association of North America, Monster Worldwide, New York City Board of Education, 92nd Street Y/Makor, UJA-Federation, and the United States Army.

Deborah is a faculty practitioner for the American Management Association and is a conference speaker for the American Society of Training and Development and Training Magazine. Deborah’s unique, energetic and results-driven style combines her background and experience in behavioral and cognitive psychology, adult learning, presentation skills, group facilitation and improvisational comedy. As the High School National Champion in Public Speaking, Deborah became the youngest-ever visiting instructor of public speaking instructor at several educational institutions while she herself attended college at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. While earning her Master’s Degree from Columbia University, Deborah toured the United States in her improvisational comedy troupe and made several television appearances.

Michael Soberman

Michael B. Soberman has been working in the Jewish Community for the past 14 years and is currently the Director of National Initiatives for the Next Generation at UIA Federations Canada. His portfolios include National Jewish Campus Life (NJCL), Leadership Development and Canada Israel Experience (CIE). The recent integration of these three departments enables UIAFC to provide a more seamless integration and continuum of the services and programs it offers. The National Initiatives department of UIAFC’s central goal, in collaboration with Federations across the country, is the development of national programming, aimed at the current, emerging and next generation of Jews to strengthen their Jewish identity and to connect them to the Jewish community.

Previously, Michael was the director of CIE, the Federations’ Israel Experience arm that is committed to maximizing the number of Canadian teenagers and young adults traveling to Israel on program such as Taglit-Birthright Israel, the March of the Living and high school/youth movement programs. Michael is also the lead educator for the RJCO Holocaust Education Teacher Training program that is offered to Faculties of Education and school boards across the country. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University, a Law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto. Michael was the Assistant Camp Director of Camp Kadimah in Nova Scotia from 1991 until 2000 and on staff since 1984. Michael is married to Rebecca and they have two children, Jordyn and Joshua.

Ari Teman

Ari Teman is an award-winning comedian, headliner and regular at A-List clubs in New York City and around the country. Recently seen on Vh1, and featured in Time Out NY magazine for the Joke of the Week, Teman is also a Jewlarious Magazine-featured comedian, along with the likes of Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David, and Robert Klein. Teman is the host of "Further" a beloved stand-up showcase, a regular headliner at the Meshugeneh Comedy Festival, and a frequent performer at universities and premier events.

Teman is also the Jewish Federations of North America's "Jewish Community Hero of the Year", picked from over 400 nominees after over 570,000 votes, for starting JCorps, the Jewish social volunteering network.
